"Equines In Recovery" are horses that have recently been rescued and brought to the sanctuary or are undergoing treatment for an injury, illness, or other ailment . Throughout their care each horse will be evaluated to determine the best path for their future, whether they will be available for long term foster care placement as "Saddle Pals" or "Pasture Pals" or if they will become "Permanent Residents" to the sanctuary.
